Another mediocre week but we are still positive on the year with our NFL picks. Last week we went 3-2 but did hit on the Moneyline of the Week when the Colts upended the QB-less Texans (at +250 nonetheless). We’ll look to extend out modest winning streak in Week 10. Let’s roll.
Cincinnati @ Tennessee: Over 40.5
I really like this game this week (more on this later) but I think the Titans and Bengals both have mediocre defenses at best which should cause a shootout. I’m also factoring in AJ Green having a big bounce back game after his 1 catch, 6 yard performance and ejection.
Los Angeles (C) @ Jacksonville (-4)
The Chargers are coming East for a tilt with the Jags who get Leonard Fournette back (hopefully) after a team imposed suspension. The Jaguars D should eat Phillip Rivers alive and cruise to an easy home win.
New Orleans @ Buffalo (+3)
Bills are getting 3 points at home after losing to the Jets last week while the Saints dominated the Bears at home. Drew Brees on the road is never great and he has become an expert game manager this season. Tyrod will be getting his new toy this week and I don’t think the Saints D will travel.
Dallas @ Atlanta: Under 50
This one is more personal but every time I have bet the over with Atlanta this year, it has been under and under hard. Their offense is not the same and with Dallas losing Ezekiel Elliott, points will be at a premium.
Moneyline of the Week
Cincinnati +185 @ Tennessee
I like this game from an over/under stand point and I really like the Bengals to come through with a big win. The Titans defense is not as great as the stats show, buoyed by games vs Indianapolis, Cleveland, Miami, and Baltimore.
